The St. Ann community isn’t just for residents. We consider family members and friends a vital part of our family.
We know it can be difficult transferring the primary responsibility of your loved one’s care and well-being to us. Your trust in us must be earned – and that’s something we’ll work tirelessly to do, each and every day.
Within the first week of transitioning to us, we will get together with you and your loved one in a family meeting to help put names and faces together. Here, you will meet our staff, especially your loved one’s care and support team, to help us best understand your individual needs and preferences. This is also where you will learn what you can expect from us as we begin this new journey together.
At St. Ann, we are here for you, too – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Your feedback is vital to us as we strive to continue to best serve the needs of your loved one and family.
