Our Dad has been at St. Ann Rehab for over a month now since breaking his hip, surgery and with subsequent health issues that have arisen.
We are so grateful for the exceptional care that St. Ann's provides in a clean, pleasant environment.
The doctors, nursing staff, caregivers, administration, housekeeping, and nutrition become like his family while treating him with incredible support, patience and respect.
Even the chef has attended the family meetings in our Dad's room!
Dad has, with the whole team, including the great PT and OT teams, responded by making great ambulatory progress, and continues to maintain his sense of humor and optimism for his future independence.
My sister and I are always warmly greeted and feel welcome to be involved with his recovery. Our questions are always patiently answered.
My past opinions of rehabilitation and long term nursing centers have been shattered by this positive family experience at St. Ann. I just wish all families could feel as confident in their loved ones care.

If you are looking for a senior care facility where the staff become friends and friends become family, look no further. The love shown to my grandmother cannot be matched. There are so many wonderful nurses/LNAs like Talyn, Steve, and Grace. David, the Director of Facilities, is committed to making the living space clean, safe, comfortable, and as much like home as possible. There is certainly no better Director of Activities than Patti. She is completely dedicated to the happiness and enrichment of the residents’ lives. She brings joy and light to every day. Lastly, the new administrator, Ryan, has been a breath of fresh air and truly raised the bar for care and communication. Each of these people and so many more are gifts to our family and the community.

My mother was a resident at St Ann’s for the last four years. All started great with the opportunities for Mass twice a week, rosary and an active activities department. Around the third year we developed some struggles with her health care team. Letters were answered and changes made and I will say that since the new administrator Ryan has been on the scene things have turned around in a very positive manner. He is no nonsense, puts the residents needs first and requires an all hands on deck approach.
Some shoutouts in nursing care include Talyn who always goes above and beyond in her care and compassion with the residents making their comfort and dignity a top priority. That care also extends to family which we always felt strongly and knew when she was on duty, there was no need to worry about care. Also on that team is Heather, who has grown into a very caring aide and again treated both resident and family members with care. And lastly, Sharyn who served in both nursing and activities is a joy like no other. Her enthusiasm and love for the residents is something everyone should aspire to achieve.
My mother passed away just a few weeks ago and the staff at St Ann’s were all so very helpful and compassionate through that difficult time. And although we did go through a rough patch with the home, the staff stepped up and came out stronger in the last months of my mother’s life. With these positive changes in communication and care, things are definitely looking brighter at St Ann’s.

Here are a few words I would describe St. Ann Rehab Center and Why! Professional, Caring, Friendly, Fantastic, Respectful, Courteous and Compassionate are just a Few. Why? I play Music as part of a Duo called 3 Shades of Gray and Every time we play Music at St. Ann's we see first hand the Care the Residents get, the Wonderful Staff working with All the Residents, The Big Smiles on All the faces of the Residents. We also can see the work and depth of the Care that Patti and the Staff put into All the Activities to keep the Residents Active and Motivated. I / we perform at 20 Senior Facilities on a regular basis and I would rate St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in a tie for the #1 spot. I will keep to myself the other Rehab Facility.
I Highly Recommend St. Ann Rehab! Your Family will Not be disappointed. Thank you St. Ann's Staff and Patti! Keep up the Blessed and Incredible work that you ALL do.

A loved one required rehab to retain and rebuild walking skills after a hospital visit. We were very fortunate to work with the rehab staff at St. Ann's. Everyone there from the Administrator, Director of Social Services, RNs, LNAs, PT, OT, and Aides were all welcoming and worked a plan towards discharge. Their compassion at a very stressful time was much appreciated.

Recently my 94-year-old dad was transferred to St. Ann's upon release from the hospital. He is wonderful guy with a sound mind and pleasant disposition. Up until his recent hospital stay, he had been living in a local Independent Living Facility in Dover.
Dad has however been dealing with a number of health concerns in recent years, and he felt it was now time where he needed around-the-clock care. The decision to seek out such care came about suddenly during his recent hospital stay and had us scrambling to get him into St. Ann's. My wife and mother were both Nurses who retired from St. Patrick's Manor Nursing Home in Framingham, MA., so he, and the rest of our family, knew clearly what kind of care we wanted from a Nursing Home.
What we have experienced thus far at St. Ann's simply could not be more positive! It has certainly met or exceeded our expectations in every regard! It is a wonderful, clean and inviting environment, staffed by warm and caring individuals at every level.
After only a short time I can honestly say that Dad is completely happy in his new home. I can also attest that every member of our family now rests comfortably knowing that he is receiving the very best 24-hour care anyone could ask for!
Special kudos to Ryan Noronha, Administrator, who was instrumental in facilitating Dad's transfer from the hospital to St. Ann's under very short notice!

My family is so thankful for the wonderful care my grandmother received at St. Ann Rehab. The staff were kind, patient, and genuinely caring — it really showed in how they treated her every day. The warm and supportive environment made such a difference in her recovery. We’re deeply grateful for the compassion and dedication of everyone there.
