Your care team will vary depending on the program. Both short-term rehab and long-term care offer a team of physicians, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, dietitians, social workers, nursing assistants and other support staff. Independent living does not provide any direct healthcare or personal care services.
We accept many forms of payment options and insurance plans for our different levels of care. If you have Medicare coverage, you may qualify for the Medicare Skilled Nursing benefit. We want St. Ann to feel like home. We want you to be as comfortable as possible within familiar surroundings. Residents may bring photos or décor items, your favorite quilt or blanket, furniture, electronics or personal care items.
You may bring personal valuables or sums of money, but we highly recommend you keep them in either the lockbox we provide or within a dedicated secure location within our facility. We also discourage the use of space heaters.
Any electrical equipment, such as electric blankets, fans or mini-refrigerators, needs to be checked by the facilityâs manager upon moving in. Medications from home are not allowed, but our nursing staff will provide more information to ensure you receive proper medication.

Yes, you are welcome to contact us and coordinate your stay prior to your arrival. Our staff will also work closely with hospital case managers, discharge planners and providers throughout the transition to make the process as easy on you as possible.
We always welcome â and encourage â visitors to St. Ann. While we donât have any formal visiting hours, we do ask you to be respectful and avoid nighttime and overnight hours, if possible. Our doors are locked after dark, but visitors can be buzzed in after that time.
St. Ann is a pet-friendly community. We value the importance they can have for our residents. As long as they are up to date on shots, pets are welcomed. Dogs must be leashed or contained at all times. Please see administration for further guidelines.

St. Ann has 54 resident beds. We pride ourselves on being a close-knit community, where youâll receive the personal attention and support you require.
Most of our rooms are private, giving you a high level of privacy and safety you wonât find elsewhere in the Seacoast.

St. Ann offers a wide range of social activities to enrich the lives of our residents, introduce new hobbies and build meaningful connections with others. They include arts and crafts, movie nights, âHappy Hours,â seasonal-themed parties, religious services, special dining events, gardening, live entertainment, shopping trips and so much more.
St. Ann offers 24-hour nursing care and support as part of our long-term care, skilled nursing rehabilitation, respite care and palliative care programs. Independent living does not include direct nursing services.
St. Ann has a beautiful chapel with Mass and rosary services scheduled weekly. In-room communion services are provided by spiritual volunteers.
